Presentation context: The overall presentation is titled: “Impact of AI Tools and Their Assistance in the CA Profession” The central idea of the overall presentation is that technology is changing how Chartered Accountants perform their work. Repetitive, data-heavy and rule-based processes can increasingly be assisted or automated, while the CA remains responsible for verification, interpretation, professional judgement and the final conclusion. The Nokia section is NOT meant to argue that Nokia was incompetent or that technology simply “replaced” Nokia. Instead, Nokia is being used as a story about how the definition of a product can change.
