Project Brief — "AI in Industry: Blessings and Blind Spots" Purpose: Create a concise 7-minute presentation (≈8–10 slides) that shows how Artificial Intelligence is transforming industry — covering its benefits, its downsides, and one short case study — in simple, comprehensible English for a general audience. Audience: Students / non-specialists. No deep technical background assumed. Tone: Light, clear, balanced (neither hype nor doom). Short sentences, minimal jargon, one idea per slide. Target length: 7 minutes speaking time → 8–10 slides max, ~40–50 seconds per slide. Required structure (slide by slide) Title slide — "AI in Industry: The Good, the Bad, and What It Really Changes" + one-line subtitle. Quick definition (very light) — What AI is in one simple sentence + 2–3 everyday examples (recommendations, chatbots, quality-check cameras). No math, no history. The Good — Benefits — 3–4 bullet points with a simple icon each: higher productivity, fewer human errors, predictive maintenance, faster decisions. One concrete example per point. The Good — A real example — One short industry example (e.g., a factory using AI vision to detect defective products). The Bad — Downsides — 3–4 bullet points: job displacement, bias in decisions, data privacy, over-dependence / cost of errors. Keep it factual, not alarmist. Case study (the core) — A short, real-world case: predictive maintenance in manufacturing — problem → AI solution → measurable result (e.g., reduced downtime). 3 bullets max, one simple takeaway line. Balance / conclusion — One key message: "AI is a tool — its impact depends on how we use it." 2–3 short recommendations (training, regulation, human oversight). Closing slide — 3-line summary + a simple "Thank you / Questions?" line. Content rules for the AI tool Language: Simple English (B1–B2 level), short sentences, no acronyms without explanation. Density: Max 4 bullets per slide, max ~8 words per bullet. Prefer icons and one image per slide over text. No fake statistics — use only well-known, verifiable examples, or phrase results qualitatively ("significantly reduced downtime"). Visual style: Clean, modern, light background, one accent color, consistent icon set. Deliverable: Editable PPTX, 16:9. What to avoid No technical deep-dives (no neural network explanations). No long paragraphs or walls of text. No controversial claims or unverified numbers. 9 slides developp every idea very well not in paragraph but des tirets use orange and bleu one of them for the back ground maximize the size of the righting as max as possible to be clair in the prejctor use exemples
Presentation overview
This community presentation was shared by Roudaina Ben brik as a complete 9-slide example. Project Brief — "AI in Industry: Blessings and Blind Spots" Purpose: Create a concise 7-minute presentation (≈8–10 slides) that shows how Artificial Intelligence is transforming… The preview lets you review the full sequence in order, rather than judging the design from a single cover image.
Use it as a reference for planning your own deck: notice how the amount of information changes from slide to slide, where visual emphasis appears, and how repeated design choices help the presentation feel connected. Community examples are inspiration, not locked templates, so you can keep the ideas that fit your audience and replace anything that does not.
Learn from the example
Look at the job each slide performs. Identify where the deck introduces its subject, develops the main points, adds evidence or examples, and moves toward a conclusion.
Notice which element attracts attention first and how headings, supporting text, images, and data are separated. Strong hierarchy makes the intended reading order obvious.
Compare spacing, typography, color, and repeated components across the slides. Consistent rules help varied content feel like one presentation instead of unrelated screens.
Make it your own
Begin with your audience and the decision, lesson, or action the presentation should support. Replace the topic, examples, evidence, and visuals with material you can verify, then edit every slide for one clear takeaway. You can borrow the visual direction without copying the creator's wording or message. Presenton will use this community deck as a design reference while you develop content for your own purpose.
