PRESENTON AI – NTCC PROJECT PRESENTATION PROMPT Create a professional, visually impressive academic NTCC presentation containing exactly 12 slides for a Computer Science Engineering project. Project Title PolicyConnect Government Scheme Discovery & Student Benefit Roadmap Slide 1 – Title Slide Project: PolicyConnect Subtitle: Government Scheme Discovery & Student Benefit Roadmap Presentation: NTCC Project Presentation Presented By – Team PolicyConnect: 1. Sadmaan Qaiyum – A45605224039 2. Aman Kumar – A45605224047 3. Parth Sarthy – A45605224050 4. Zaki Perwez – A45605224051 Department: Amity School of Engineering and Technology (ASET) Institution: Amity University Patna Academic Year: 2024–2028 Design a premium academic title slide with a blue-white-teal gradient, subtle digital education illustrations, and modern typography. Slide 2 – Abstract & Introduction Introduce PolicyConnect as a MERN Stack-based web application designed to help Indian students discover government scholarships and welfare schemes. Explain: - Personalized government scheme discovery - Student profile-based eligibility matching - Centralized scheme information - Application guidance and document checklists - Access to official application portals Slide 3 – Problem Statement & Existing System Explain the problems faced by students: - Lack of awareness about government schemes - Information scattered across different websites - Difficulty understanding eligibility requirements - Confusion about required documents - Time-consuming manual scheme searching Discuss the limitations of traditional information sources and existing portals. Slide 4 – Objectives & Proposed Solution Objectives: - Simplify government scheme discovery - Provide personalized recommendations - Explain eligibility criteria clearly - Provide document checklists - Improve student accessibility and awareness Proposed Solution: PolicyConnect offers a centralized web platform where students create profiles and receive relevant scheme recommendations through an eligibility matching engine. Slide 5 – MERN Stack Architecture Create a visually clear architecture diagram showing: Student → React.js Frontend → Node.js + Express.js Backend → Eligibility Matching Engine → MongoDB Database → Recommended Schemes Technology Stack: Layer| Technology Frontend| React.js UI Styling| Tailwind CSS Backend| Node.js API Framework| Express.js Database| MongoDB Database ODM| Mongoose Authentication| JWT + bcrypt API Communication| REST API Version Control| Git + GitHub Deployment| Vercel + Render / suitable hosting Explain the responsibility of each component. Slide 6 – Data Flow Diagram (DFD) Include both DFD Level 0 and DFD Level 1. DFD Level 0: Student ↔ PolicyConnect System ↔ Scheme Database DFD Level 1 Processes: 1. Student Registration and Login 2. Student Profile Management 3. Scheme Database Retrieval 4. Eligibility Matching 5. Scheme Recommendation 6. Application Guidance Show data stores and labeled arrows using standard DFD notation. Slide 7 – MongoDB Database Design Create a MongoDB collection architecture and explain document-based storage. Collections: - users - studentProfiles - schemes - applications - bookmarks Example Scheme Document: { "schemeName": "Example Scholarship", "category": "Education", "state": "Bihar", "minIncome": 250000, "eligibleCategories": ["SC", "ST", "OBC"], "educationLevels": ["UG", "PG"], "requiredDocuments": [ "Income Certificate", "Caste Certificate", "Aadhaar Card" ], "officialLink": "https://example.gov.in" } Explain: - MongoDB collections - Documents and fields - Mongoose schemas - Relationships through ObjectId references - CRUD operations Use a clean MongoDB database diagram. Slide 8 – Eligibility Matching Algorithm Explain how the backend matches student profiles with scheme eligibility criteria. Algorithm: 1. Receive student profile from React frontend. 2. Send profile to Express backend using REST API. 3. Retrieve schemes from MongoDB. 4. Compare student attributes against scheme criteria. 5. Identify potentially eligible schemes. 6. Rank and return matching schemes. 7. Display eligibility explanations and missing requirements. Include: - Flowchart - Simple pseudocode - Eligibility matching logic - Backend processing illustration Clarify that eligibility recommendations do not guarantee government approval. Slide 9 – Major MERN Stack Modules Explain the following modules: Frontend Modules: - Registration/Login UI - Student Profile Dashboard - Scheme Recommendation Dashboard - Scheme Details Page - Document Checklist UI - Bookmark Interface Backend Modules: - Authentication API - Student Profile API - Scheme CRUD API - Eligibility Matching API - Bookmark API - Application Tracking API Admin Modules: - Scheme Management - Scheme Information Updates - Database Management Use attractive icons and modular architecture visuals. Slide 10 – UI/UX & Student Workflow Show modern dashboard mockups featuring: - Login/Register page - Student profile form - Personalized dashboard - Recommended government schemes - Eligibility status cards - Scheme details page - Required document checklist - Official application links Student Workflow: Register → Login → Complete Student Profile → Fetch Scheme Data → Eligibility Matching → View Recommended Schemes → Check Documents → Visit Official Portal Create a clean responsive interface concept using React.js and Tailwind CSS. Slide 11 – Testing, Limitations & Future Scope Testing: - React UI Testing - REST API Testing - Authentication Testing - MongoDB CRUD Testing - Eligibility Algorithm Testing - Input Validation - Integration Testing Limitations: - Scheme information requires regular updates - Matching depends on accurate profile information - Government authorities make final eligibility decisions - Application submission may occur on external portals Future Scope: - AI-powered recommendations - Multilingual support - Mobile application - Government API integrations - Real-time scheme updates - Notifications - Application status tracking - Advanced analytics Do not fabricate testing results or completed integrations. Slide 12 – Conclusion & Thank You Conclude that PolicyConnect is a student-focused MERN Stack web application designed to simplify government scheme discovery and personalized eligibility guidance. Highlight: - Centralized scheme information - Profile-based scheme recommendations - Simplified eligibility understanding - Application guidance - Modern full-stack architecture Closing Text: Thank You! PolicyConnect – Connecting Students with Opportunities. Presentation overview
This community presentation was shared by Thomas as a complete 12-slide example. PRESENTON AI – NTCC PROJECT PRESENTATION PROMPT Create a professional, visually impressive academic NTCC presentation containing exactly 12 slides for a Computer Science Enginee… The preview lets you review the full sequence in order, rather than judging the design from a single cover image.
Use it as a reference for planning your own deck: notice how the amount of information changes from slide to slide, where visual emphasis appears, and how repeated design choices help the presentation feel connected. Community examples are inspiration, not locked templates, so you can keep the ideas that fit your audience and replace anything that does not.
Learn from the example
Look at the job each slide performs. Identify where the deck introduces its subject, develops the main points, adds evidence or examples, and moves toward a conclusion.
Notice which element attracts attention first and how headings, supporting text, images, and data are separated. Strong hierarchy makes the intended reading order obvious.
Compare spacing, typography, color, and repeated components across the slides. Consistent rules help varied content feel like one presentation instead of unrelated screens.
Make it your own
Begin with your audience and the decision, lesson, or action the presentation should support. Replace the topic, examples, evidence, and visuals with material you can verify, then edit every slide for one clear takeaway. You can borrow the visual direction without copying the creator's wording or message. Presenton will use this community deck as a design reference while you develop content for your own purpose.
