A reliable research pass should produce a compact evidence map: claim, source, date, confidence, and the slide where the claim will be used. If the evidence is uncertain, the slide should say so.

3. Plan the story before styling slides

The outline should be a sequence of jobs, not a list of topics. A decision-ready business deck might move through context → evidence → implication → options → recommendation → next action. An educational deck might use question → model → example → practice → recap.

Ask the agent to write one sentence for the job of every slide. If two slides do the same job, merge them. If one slide has three jobs, split it.
